Is there a cost to attend?
No. The Hard Hat Tour is completely complimentary. It's our way of opening our doors and letting you experience CKC's craftsmanship before making any decisions.
Can I bring my realtor or spouse?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring guests. Indicate the number when you register so we can accommodate your group. Realtors are especially welcome and may attend with or without clients.
I don't own land yet. Is this tour still relevant?
Yes. Many of our best client relationships begin with the tour, long before land is purchased. Our team can also discuss lot search and feasibility services on site.
Where exactly is the build site?
The precise address is shared only with confirmed registrants, 48 hours before the event. This ensures the experience remains intimate and the site remains secure.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
