Earlier this month the CKC team went out to support the Kristine Meza foundation at their annual Purple Run. This foundation provides amazing support and refuge to those effected by domestic violence. We were so thrilled we could support them this year.
The foundation host the Purple Run every year to earn funds for the cause and garner support for victims in our city. There were over 700 attendees this year!! It blows me away how amazing and supportive our community is! This year’s run took place a six flags and we were able to capture a couple shots from the run. We were just so thankful to be able to participate for this cause and also use this as a team bonding experience.
The mission of the Kristine Meza Foundation is to raise awareness to our community on the impact of domestic violence. Their Foundation is committed to strengthen individuals by education, compassion and courage. To serve as a resource to those associated with its physical, emotional and mental harm and by doing so, preventing the loss of wholesome lives. Check out their website here.
