Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the home, designed for slow mornings, family dinners, and everything in between. At its center is a 48″ Wolf range, part of a full suite of Wolf appliances that brings professional-grade performance to everyday cooking. A generous island anchors the space with room for seating, prep, and conversation.
Every detail balances beauty and function. Custom cabinetry provides abundant storage while keeping the look clean and refined, and thoughtful lighting carries the kitchen from bright, sunlit mornings to warm, inviting evenings. It’s a space made for the home cook and the entertainer alike.
Living
The living area was designed to feel both elevated and lived-in. High ceilings and abundant natural light create an open, airy atmosphere, and a warm, layered material palette keeps the space grounded and inviting.
The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas, giving the home an easy, connected feel that’s perfect for entertaining or quiet nights at home.
Tile Arches
The tile arches are the defining detail of #TexasFoundUs. They frame the transitions between spaces with a handcrafted, Old World touch that gives the home its soul. Each arch was carefully detailed through CKC’s in-house design process so the tile work reads as true artistry.
Beyond their beauty, the arches create rhythm throughout the floor plan. They guide the eye from room to room and give the open layout a sense of definition and intimacy.
Study
Tucked away for focus and quiet, the study offers a private retreat within the home. Tailored finishes and thoughtful design make it the ideal space for working from home, reading, or simply stepping away from the day.
Media Room
Designed for movie nights, game days, and relaxed evenings in, the media room is where the home lets loose. Comfortable and thoughtfully detailed, it gives the family a dedicated place to unwind and entertain without sacrificing the design that carries through the rest of the home.
