The Parade of Homes is an annual showcase hosted by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA), bringing together the region’s top home builders, designers, and industry professionals for one of the biggest home-touring events in Central Texas. It’s a rare chance to walk through move-in-ready and model homes, talk directly with builders, and gather real ideas for your own future home, all in one location.

This year’s Parade of Homes takes place at Stone Creek Ranch, 10 Ranch Pass, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX 78015.
- Event Dates: August 29 – September 7, 2026
- VIP Preview Party: Friday, August 28, 6:00–9:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sundays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesdays & Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday Date Night (Sept 4): 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, includes two drink tickets
- Labor Day: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Mondays & Tuesdays: Closed (except Labor Day)
- Realtor Day: Wednesday, September 2, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (registration required)
