A finalization meeting to review any needed changes, updates, or modified specification before a final cost is estimated.
This meeting will be to look over any savings options, material and labor modifications, and draft the home's contract.
After budget adjustments are in place, we will help you submit your contract to the bank and title company for approval.
At this point in the process, you will have seen and felt the selection options and made your choices for your new home. This review will go over printed versions of the layout, finishing choices, and prep for ACC/HOA Submissions. A digital rendering will also be supplied for final approval.
This is the beginning of the build. We will have a post-pour inspection and draining established before framing.
With framing underway, you will meet the landscape architect (optional) and see the planning for the driveway.
There is a lot that goes into a house to make it functional. A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical are all critical steps that also require inspection and quality checks before the final masonry, drywall, insulation, and roofing can be completed.
This is the stage where your home truly becomes yours. Every cabinet, lighting detail, millwork choice, and finish selection is an expression of your taste. Our design team coordinates selections to ensure cohesion, beauty, and high-end appeal throughout your home.
Custom counters, storage, and shelving will begin to take shape for you to see in your new home. Staining and small details will begin to surface.
Once the storage and cabinet structures are in place, you may begin to see a touch of your color selections added into the home.
Your paint selections and any wooden trims or finishes will be added into the interior along with the exterior. Color and personality will start to shine.
This is always the best part of the process. Designer lighting, hidden away nooks, and key selections will be installed before the final inspection.
As the final touches come into place, we will work with you to determine a move-in date to ensure final inspections are completed. From there the landscaping and any custom functionalities of the home will be finalized. After one last coat of paint, your home will be ready for you!
